Yes. Free shipping works! I've been wanting to try an NP2 and couldn't pass up the deal.
Thanks, Jimmy. Thanks, Dan. Thanks, GTA!

This is down to $68.33 now.
I bought one at $75. It's OK- it shoots some pellets a little harder than my Crusher NP did, but it shoots some a little slower. The NP2 trigger is a definite improvement if you adjust it properly and/or lighten the spring. I can only get "meh" accuracy out of the gun, but that might be the shooter's fault more than the rifle. It might be fun to drop a soft ram in it someday and see if I can get tighter groups out of it.
Anyway, it's a decent deal for a magnum airgun under $80 to your door.
Have fun!

Sounded like a bargain to me, even though I couldn't get the August free shipping (FSAUGUST5) to work. Ended up paying $85.00 with tax & shipping. Was counting on pretty good accuracy as stated by many reviewers. Hope a little break in time will help yours. I have a Diana 34 in 177 with a Vortec kit. Shoots good but still a fair amount of recoil. Do you think the NP 2 will have less recoil?

Couldn't resist, $87 to my door.

Free shipping on these until Aug 20. Code FSAUG2
It just showed in my cart as $68.33 with free shipping.

Got my Summit. Looks good for the price.
The trigger was waaay long & very crunchy with a fairly heavy pull. Removed the trigger assembly and polished all of the parts including the "trough" on the back of the trigger itself. Replaced the stiff spring with one I had laying around that is about half as strong. Pull is SUPER smooth and probably below one pound, but still single stage. Hard to tell when it's going to fire, although smooth and easy to squeeze. Afraid to shorten the pull too much. Thinkinging of roughing up the last 1/16 on the catch for some feel???
Barel has nice crown. When I cleaned and lapped it, I noticed post inspection that the barrel has 2 pronounced nicks across the rifeling about 3 inches from the end. No way to remove. Just hoping they won't be a problem. Shooting with open sights at 20 yards is about a 1.5 inch group, most likely my eyes. Hope to scope it today.
The recoil is definitely stronger than my Diana 34, but this summit is 22 cal. and my Diana is. 177. Just my quick first impressions. Arrived in about 5 days.

Tried al the codes for August none worked.

Try adjusting the trigger screw until you find the two stage engagement. If it's screwed all the way in, back it out by a 1/4 turn at a time. Once you feel two stages, you can fine tune it for a crisp second stage. No need to rough anything up.

Have you tried OFFER34498 ?

Scoped my Summit with a Pinty 3x9x32 A.O. Tactical for $45.00. At 8.8 inches and 14 oz. it's a perfect match for me. Hope this scope holds up to the recoil, (suppose to have a 6mo.warranty) because I really like it.
So far it's shooting dime size groups @ 25 yards with several different pellets. I like the rifle, but need to tame the recoil with a different pad.
-
Down to 4 left.

Like mine more than I thought I would. Still need to tame the recoil, and cheek vibe. Looking at a slip on for the butt and a sorbothane pad for the cheek. Can't remove the OEM butt plate because it's cut with an elbow. Hoping the "slip on" won't make the pull too long. Mostly shooting from a rice bag, but the gun isn't very hold sensitive. I really like that.
