Hello,
I brought my new Brocock Bantam Sniper Magnum over to my folks place for show and tell. My stepdad brought out his springer, a Feinwerkbau Sport 124 that he bought back in '85. It is stamped as being distributed by Beeman. He had a guy that he would have work on it once in a while to keep it in good working order but is now retired. I told my stepdad I would ask around here.
First of all, is there a general price range it could be expected to be worth? The stock has a good number of scratches and dings on it.
Second, is there a person/place that people could recommend taking/sending it to for maintenance. I am not sure when it was last worked on, or even what springer maintenance entails.
Thanks for any info,

2 versions of 124's ..... Standard and Delux tho mechanically the same.
DX has sling studs on receiver/butt, checkered stock & white under lay on grip cap.
124's pending condition still command a good price being $300-$500 give or take. Excellent guns well worth servicing/tuning and for a shop to do so figure @$125-150 range parts & labor. ( tho what gets done or wanting done can skew that figure. )
Where you located ?
I'm in California and do a lot of these FWIW.

If on the east coast I would recommend David Slade at Airgunwerks.com to do the work. He is in Tennessee.

Both Motorhead and David Slade have excellent reputations for air gun smithing. Take your pick. UPS or FedEx reach both!!!

May want to give pyramid air a call or air Venturi.

Thanks for the info, all.
We are in Wisconsin. So shipping to California or Tennessee are probably about the same in the long run. I'll talk to my stepdad next time I see him.
