Title: AF Texan valve & removal tool questions

1. will i experiance valve lock using 3600psi from an upgraded 4500psi bottle using the stock texan spring ?

2. will a condor/talon valve wrench work on the texan valve ?

you will get valve lock on    Not sure on the Talon wrench

If you have a mandrel or screwdriver and some cloth then you can carefully drive out the valve part without any damage.
