Filled ir up to 3500 psi yesterday and noticed a leak hissing from the fill port when I removed the fill probe.
I Shot it around ten times and the leaking stopped, so this morning I checked it by filling back up to 3500 psi and it started leaking again from the fill port.
Luckily I just received a oring kit from a crossed the pond in the mail.
After much searching for the missing part 5 to a tear down video, it appears it is a matter of just replacing the valve oring on the valve stopper.
Any thoughts on this before I degas and replace the offending o ring and what pitfalls I might experience besides nicking the main tube oring upon reassembly..
Thanks in advance,

You just had a lot of work done on it so there is no shame if there are a few specks floating around in there. I know I replaced some on my gun but I have replaced orings on all my guns.

the fill valve oring is a straightforward replacement. the main tube o rings are pretty durable and not much opportunity to cut them. My .22 tube still has the originals in it.
Note there is no hard stop when screwing the gauge/fill adapter/tube plug back into the main tube. I screw mine in until the threads are flush, then clock the gauge to my preference, which is usually upside down.

To save the fill probe oring, try when you fill the gun not open the bottle too much
this oring works as a "one way valve"
too much pressure will heat and damage it
i changed mine with PUR90 (harder)

Thanks guys. I also watched a video on it. It is the first time I have changed out a probe type oring.
When I had the Haley Scandoalous, Jack turned me on to a 0ring sourse , I must have a hundred of them, don’i Know if they work on this gun tho, but I also have a unopened oring kit for it.
I usually have one or two kits for each of my rifles, but just got the Skyhawk kit two days ago.

Well it is finished.
It took longer to find that video than it did to change it out.
Thanks again,

RC I have replaced a few of those so far on my Airmax Dominator, the last one I put in it is holding up the best so far and the nice thing about it is it's a viton from Harbor Freight. Tuning gives that much more wear and tear on them as I'm sure that you know, I think that was basically the case with mine because of degassing, refilling etc., that's the weakest point in my Airmax Dominator and it's actually the only o ring that I've ever replaced in mine. 8)

Wayne,
Let’s face the music, airguns, pcp’s in particular are like beautiful woman, they need lots of maintenance and the more time you spend enjoying them, the more maintenance they need, which for a lot of us is why we love them. 8)
And I am really loving this Skyhawk and watching every p-15 maintenance video I can find and in the case of this fill port oring, a video taught me how to change it out.
A little heart broken that it does not shoot those cast NOE Hunters well as I prefer to have airguns that I can feed my cast bullets to. But the fact that it likes common, cheap ammo is some consultation.

RC with my Dominator the best pellets I've shot in it so far are the Magnum Hunters @23grains, the gun absolutely loves them. I did test the hollow points in it today at about 40 yards from a tree lean out on the state land and I was overjoyed how they shoot. They do exactly what a slug is supposed to do, they buck the wind beautifully and fly straight as an arrow :D
