More info would be helpful.  When you say nothing happened, does that mean the rifle is still cocked and loaded? Or did pulling the trigger release the piston, it felt like it fired but the pellet did not exit the barrel?

Yes it is still cocked. I pushed the pellet out to make it safe. The trigger feels the same as always. The gun cocked the same also.

Sounds like the trigger/sear may be stuck?

Suggest putting a pellet back in,  cycle the cocking mechanism fully, and try to shoot it again into a safe backstop.

Could be something simple like the piston didn't get properly retained and went back forward.

Thanks for the help I called Scott  Moorhead about sending it to him but he suggested to take the trigger group off and have a look. I blew it out and cleaned it up and a little lube and it works great. Thank you Scott and everyone else for the help Norm
