Title: CA for wood finish

Stumbled across this. Never though of using CA as a finish, but since he mentioned high wear and waterproofing I thought of stocks:

It works very well on small turned wood objects. I have a friend that turns custom exotic wood pens. I have an example he made and finished with CA glue. It is beautiful. It probably would be hard to apply on something as large as a stock. Expensive too.
