Its my RWS 460 Magnum in .177.  I shot him using a Predator at about 15 yrds right behind the ear. ;D

CFX, where do you get your water? ???   I get up at night and get water from the frig almost everynight.  No bunnies for me.   Unless, you and the bunny are drinking from the same puddle. ;D    ;D :D

Nice shooting with the 460!  That's a very nice Springer.  Be sure to check the rabbit for any disease or parasites at this time of year if you plan on eating it.

What diseases? I didn't see any worms or anything.  What should I be looking for?

You should be looking for spots on the liver and other organs, and blood sucking critters in its skin like BOT flies, ticks, etc.

Stanley, that's not half as bad as me shooting G-hogs in the head sometimes from only 22yds out, with 31gr Kodiaks .25cal @ 1,000-1,070fps (or 70 to 80fpe).  I always see the impact of the Kodiak on the grass past the G-hog or hear it hit the tool shed after it goes through its head :)
