Amazon has the Hatsan Striker Edge springer in .22 caliber, and the "harvest moon" finish for $79.18.

This is quite a bit less than the refurbs at the Hatsan website. Don't thin k it would be too tough, if desired, to remove the stiock and refinish.
That's two bargains I've placed here today. Can you tell I'm lonely? But, I pick my wife up at 5:20 PM today at the airport.

Someone screwed up and got their description wrong. The rifle in your link is actually Muddy Girl camo. I have the Harvest Moon camo stock but mine currently has an Edge .25 Vortex in it and yep, the stocks are easily repainted if someone wanted to.
Fwiw and when HatsanUSA actually has them, the Harvest Moon camo stocked refurbs are usually $69.99, the standard black stocked spring versions sell for $39.99 and the Vortex versions are $49.99. I've gotten a couple of the Vortex ones for parts just because it's actually cheaper to buy the whole rifle at that price than the seperate parts.

I'm not familiar with the finish options, but the price is good for a new one.

Actually this is another one of Amazons silly photo-flip-flops. The photo is the Muddy Girl camo rifle. The actual part number and description listed are correct for the Harvest Moon camo rifle and that is what Amazon will ship.

....and this morning it's down to $75.22.

3 in stock....
This Edge 22 is the spring model with the Harvest Moon Camo stock (black-grey-white, NOT black-pink as shown, see picture below) which I personally think looks pretty good and IMHO would not need re-painting.
For this combo NEW, Amazon's pricing robot has gone down as low as $66.60 before someone placed an order and the price jumped back up over ~$100. Yeah, I keep track, sad :(
The plain BLACK stock Edge Vortex 22 combo NEW is occasionally on special sale at AGD or PA for ~$80.
Bottom line ... IF you are looking for the best deal on THIS rifle/scope combo, can accept the Harvest Moon Camo stock, and if they will ship it free to your location, I'd pull the trigger on this one now before it goes away.
I predict someone will get 1 at $75. Amazons robot MAY hiccup and drop the price to $74 for a few minutes when another lucky buyer will strike. THEN, when there is 1 remaining, Amazons price will go back up over $100.

My personal Edge Harvest Moon camo stock only mine currently has a Vortex .25 cal in it with a Hawke Vantage 3-9x40 AO IR scope...it does look better in person :)

holly cow Batman, price has jumped to 139.53 what is up with that

Now $161.59! This is typical for Amazon.
Amazon's pricing bot will pick certain items and begin to cut the price until it sees activity. Prices can get silly low (good for us), but it's a game of who will blink first. If you see a good price and you want the item you must pull the trigger ASAP. If you wait, either someone else will grab the item or Amazon's pricing bot will reset it.

That is 11 dollars more than on Hatsan website, Amazon A.I. is insane. But if it is something I need and the price is right I will take advantage
-
it's on the move again now down to 113.58 how low will it go this time, anyone knows if there is a time interval that the bot will change prices

I can't determine what Amazon's timing is. Some days it seems to drop a lot faster than others.
There is a point for me, like a clean "snap the glass rod" trigger break, where my finger clicks the buy now mouse button subconsciously. I have to monitor that finger closely as there is NO SAFETY on my mouse trigger! I have enough Edge versions and don't "need" any more. However, if the Amazon price bot drops a New Edge Combo below $55, I may not be able to catch my trigger finger in time to stop a new one from arriving :'(
Can't find it right now, but I thought someone posted "I'm going broke saving money on the Bargain Gate". IMHO that sums up the Bargain Gate quite nicely!

If you consider the fact that the Edge/Striker/1000 series rifles plus the Webley Valuemax and Spector rifles are, except for cosmetic differences, all the same rifle, I have bunch myself. Inexpensive, plenty of power, piece of cake to work on and mods to make them better are cheap and easy to do.

Agreed. I snagged a couple "extra" Hatsan Edge refurbs (bargain at $39) last year thinking I would use them as "parts" donors. Since Hatsan and aftermarket springs are running ~$20 +s&h, an entire rifle for $40 seemed like a no-brainer. After only a tiny trigger tweak they were so much fun (and accurate) to shoot that they are off my parts donor list. Doh!
