Title: Donnyfl moderator for a bulldog/pitbull conversion ?

sent the bulldog to Matt (TheLakeRat) for a 270fpe +/- conversion.
barrel is chopped to 24" and has a Donnyfl 18x1 adapter so, which moderator
would be better....the ronin, 2x6.25"  or the emperor-v2, 2x10"
i'm sure the 10"emperor would be better but really...how much better ??

i'd like to keep this hunting rifle as short as possible.
so any of you guys experianced with these moderators on the pitbull ?

BTW, i have the pitbull moderator with instructions that i dont have a use for... ;)

I would say contact Donny. He helped me out recently. Very helpful, I used facebook for him and he responded instantly. Very nice to deal with. He was honest, fast and his stuff was top notch.

I absolutely LOVE my Ronin on the bully. Works great for me and I really like the look.

Results is the truth behind any moderator not looks. And thats not to say it doesn't work. I have the pitbull on mine and I need something quell the noise again because of modifications so. Looking forward to future post on performance.

Matt, Donny's Ronin really adds to the futuristic look of the Bull Dog.

picture the bulldog without the bulldog moderator, barrel/shroud is flush with air cylinder shroud.
then added #A41 donnyfl threaded adapter for a moderator.

wish i had taken a picture before sending to Matt @ pitbull....
oh-well, its in the works ;)

DonnyFl mods work just fine thank you. and it doesn't hurt that they look very good indeed. Plenty of reviews out there. You just have to do a little research. Yes?

B-Ken,
I have the 10"Emperor on my Slayer shooting 250fpe with just the 10" Emperor it is pretty dang good if I use both factory LDC and 10" Emperor I can hear the sound of the ping from the Ti tube over the shoot report. Now that is pretty quiet for a 250fpe gun.
Now if I used just the Ronin & Emperor it would be stupid quiet, you cannot beat the total volume of space in that LDC.
