I would like to purchase a CZ Slavia 634 or 631. I love these rifles as do my 2 Grandsons. Phone 231-943-4693. E-Mail: Joseph_J_Kopp@hotmail.com Thanx in advance, Joe. Please suffer thru the phone greeting and leave a message. Thanx

Joe,
I sent you an email and a PM, pointing to the last remaining new Slavia 634 I could find. I bought two recently, and got one for my brother.
There probably are more out there, but a few hours of searching, a few weeks back didn't find them.
-
Yes, Joe; I actually bought one from the vendor at the link I sent you. Not like Cromwell's that turned out to have a website archive reflecting a false stock count.
The screen captures below show a red one in stock. While the blue ones went to "out of stock" as soon as I bought mine there, perhaps two weeks ago. The captured images are "fresh today".
-
Subscriber, I just ordered the 634 from armory supply and the order went thru soooo. Thanx for your help with this, it is much appreciated. Thanx again, Joe and happy holidays!
-
Glad you got it, Joe.
Now it shows "out of stock" for the red ones too:

Subscriber, Thanx again, Armery Supply came thru. I called them last and the person I talked to said there were none in stock. After that I gave up and placed my WTB post, I'm glad you reposted and made me get off my @@@. Thanx, Joe

Subscriber, The 634 arrived yesterday with the snow for Christmas. Shoots just fine cocks very smooth, it has a buzz but I think I can take care of that with a little TLC. Tomorrow I;ll clean her up and see what kind of groupings I get with it, My wife and I are taking the whole clan out for Christmas dinner so I;ll have to spend my afternoon getting cleaned up. Thanx again for the tip. Joe

Are these only currently unavailable or have they been discontinued?? I like the looks of the wood stock model.
-
Discontinued, Aaron
Rights to produce them were bought by a company called Perun. So, you may eventually see facsimiles of these CZs, but who knows if they will shoot the same:

CZ - Česká zbrojovka located in the eastern Czech town of Uherský Brod sold the production of the break barrel airguns to company
MSM GROUP s.r.o. in the Slovakian town of Dubnica nad Váhom the last year.
This actual manufacturer sells the former CZ630, CZ631 and CZ634 AFAIK technically identical now under the trade mark of
PERUN 730, 731, 734
Here a link to their page

Sorry - I've no idea who's their sales agent for the USA but you may ask them.

Well I'll be d#%m.......I never would have tracked that down. You guys are in the know. I'm really just into the German stuff but on occasion I'll see something else that gets my interest. CZ makes some powder burners I like so when I ran into this air rifle I started taking a look. Thanks -Aaron

I posted this info on the new company that bought the rights a while ago. the wood stock version may be available yet!!! If not checking the cost of having the stock camo dipped or a DYI camo paint. I tried swapping the stocks with my 631, but the 634 has a longer trigger >:(

I contacted Perun some months back.
The manufacture of CZ's break barrel air rifles were farmed out to Perun
several years ago.
Perun air rifles currently have no USA importer.
-
-Perun is a model name, not a company, it means "God of thunder" in Slavic mythology
-the company which produces Perun is called ZVS - its based in Slovakia
-in the past ZVS used to make slavia`s for ceska zbrojovka. Some of the slavia airguns were made in CZ, some in ZVS.
-Since CZ quit slavia production, ZVS bought rights to make the same airguns, but under new name.
- Perun 734 cost in Slovakia ~200-220 dollars, even if ZVS will export them to the USA its probably will not be cheaper than that.
Slavia 634 for 120 bucks that was a steal, but at this price point I would rather pay a little more extra and get hw 50, Walther Terrus or rws 34, more advanced airguns with better trigger.
634 has a longer trigger - if it doesnt fit into trigger guard, place 2-3 small washers under trigger guard to extend distance from the wood, that should solve the problem.
