Title: Help me tuning RAW HM1000X

I have HM1000X  .25 60 FPE.  I just installed  .22 barrel and probe to shoot 18 grain pellets and 25grain redesigned pellets.

I reduced the TP size to achieve my desired fps but the gun is very loud.

Please guide me that how can I stop the gun from barking? Also it will help me give more shots.

I have minimised the HST but the gun still barks. The factory setting of reg is around 150 bars.

If you have a Reg setting fixture ? .... take the reg down closer to 130 bar.
Doing so the valve will open easier and less hammer weight and / or less hammer spring will be required. With less hammer strike the valves dwell will become lower as will the blast.
Even a change to the hammers nose length can be made longer effectively decreasing stroke and done with spring changes can reduce dwell.  As will an *SSG devise * Highly recommended !!

There is MORE TOO tuning than this, but the general cause & effect still remain.
