Must the Shoebox be ordered from the manufacturer or is there another source at a lower price❔

Unless you're going to buy a used one I think buying direct is your only option.  I'm really liking mine, I'm driving it with a California Air Tools compressor.

These Shoebox compressors used to be over $1000.  The Yong Heng and similar compressors have but a ton of price pressure on the Shoeboxes so $550 is a relative bargain compared to a few years ago.  I picked up a used F10 and could not be happier.  I'm using a loud, old, weak, and generally abused 100psi husky shop compressor and it's doing the job just fine.

When it dies I'll replace it with higher pressure unit with a larger air storage tank.   But for now I am enjoying my own supply of cheap air!

They used to be sold by PA and Joe Brancato, but not for a while.  I think it is because the new pumps that are being made under other brands probably want exclusive deals.  If I recall correctly, they were not being sold for less by them at the time, but were offered for convienence as much as anything.

I bought mine from Tom Kaye's website anyways - I figured that they should get the higher profit level from my purchase directly. Plus I Was able to bundle all the spare parts I was likely to ever need in the original purchase.
