Do you have one or do you know??:
Monstrum 6-24x50 FFP:
What is the Minimum Parallax?
What is the Elevation Turret Range?
I went over the Monstrum webpages twice no information.... Frustrating, as these are two deal breakers for me.
Here're the two scopes (with links) that I'm looking at:
6-24x50 FFP-G1 Scope | SKU: FFPS62450-R
https://monstrumtactical.com/collections/rifle-scopes/products/6-24x-first-focal-plane-rifle-scope-adjustable-objective-range-finder-reticle
6-24x50 FFP-GH Scope | SKU: FFPS62450-H

Thanks! :D

I have two of the G1. Parallax goes down to 10 yards (was actually about 31 feet from turret to target).
75moa of total clicks but I like to stay at least half a turn from the max. So I'd say 60moa (+/- 30moa from center) of usable adjustment.

THANK YOU, Scott!!
And thank you, GTA!
What would I do without this forum and the people that make GTA what it is?!
Scott, if you have anything good or bad to say about the scope, I'm all ears (post or PM).
I'm trying to decide on a 6-24x50 FFP, short-listed are:
Athlon Argos BTR
Vector Counterpunch (6-25x)
Vortex Diamondback Tactical
Hawke Sidewinder 30 FFP
Falcon Menace M25B (5.5-25x)
Konus Pro F30

Anyone who has the data on the second Monstrum scope, the one with the GH reticle?
A side question: Why would a scope manufacturer not give their customers this information? I mean, 10 yards minimum parallax is a selling point, nothing to be ashamed of. But Monstrum nowhere mentions it on their website.
And 60 MOA is on the upper third of elevation adjustment ranges for this price range and magnification (there are some 40 MOA, and quite a few 50 MOA). And were not even considering the full clicking range of 75 MOA that Scott reported in the price range of <$500, there is only a Sightron, a Vector Optics Counterpunch, and Aeon who offer that (and 10y min. parallax).
Again, nothing to hide, but worth advertising.
WHY does Monstrum not do that?

I shot field target with the Monstrum 6-24x50 FFP scope for the last year. My desired specs were the same as yours with the addition of moa/moa. Reticle design was critical for me. The Monstrum moa reticle is better than most (though it could be even better) and the price is the best. I like most every thing about the scope. Positive locking turrets, good operation, good focus range finding. Though the glass is not up to par with some of the more expensive scopes.
I have since gotten an Athlon Helos for the coming FT season. The glass is better and so is the reticle. The 1moa reticle is the best of ANY scope for my purposes. Another scope that you might consider is the ACME Machine 6-24x50. It is obviously built in the same factory as the Athlon Argos and Athlon Helos. And it falls in between the Argos and Helos features but it's $300 price is better than either. The ACME glass is equal to the Helos and Argos. The ACME moa reticle is better than the Argos but not quite as good as the Helos.
If I had wanted a mil/mil, the Argos and Helos reticles are good. I feel that a 1moa reticle is ideal for a 24x FFP scope. Some of the scopes you listed use 2moa reticles (Diamondback for instance). 2moa or milliradian is probably better for lower magnifications. 24x and up can definitely benefit from 1 moa subtensions.
Companies that cater to powder burners don't recognize the importance of 10yd parallax in the same manner as airgunners do.
The Monstrum GH appears to have an interesting reticle. Though I don't like the fact that the first subtension is 2 moa rather than 1. And I don't really like alternating dash/dot. The thing I do like about it is that the <30 moa subtensions are thin, while the >30 subtensions are thicker. That should help overcome some of the complaints about reticle thickness at low mag settings in FFP scopes.
