You are welcome Brother !!

A couple of notes when reassembling.. Before tightening the lower cylinder, spin the motor to center the piston, top and bottom , then tighten.. When installing the upper... Put a drop of thread locker on the high pressure piston seal screw ( do not tighten ), install into bore, then turn the motor over a few times again.. Tighten the high pressure cylinder whith the vevor seal while in the bore, then just snug it up and spin it again.. You will begin to feel the motor begining to take a bit more force to turn the motor over.. Just ran mine 45 minute tank from 3000 to 4250 psi for a test.. Worked great !!

Yes I've noticed the more you "torque" the piston seal screw, the tighter it will fit into the bore. Question though (or four), you say not to tighten the screw until you have the upper in place? How do you tighten it after putting the top end on the compressor? Do you remove the burst disc assembly and fit a screwdriver down through? Maybe I just misunderstood?
Thanks for the tips!

Upper cylinder.. . Hand turn it with the seal in the bore, and tighten the seal screw, till a little drag is felt.. Then install the top of the cylinder..
The rotating helps center the bores to the pistons and does a bit of break-in..
