Just ordered an HW97 from Krale. Put an order in Monday AM, received Thursday PM in San Francisco. Exceptional speed. Was double boxed and no punctures. Definitely will order from them again.
I also did an inquiry for a UK version Compatto. I had a special order with one of the major US on line retailers and after 4 months they could not pull it off. Not even a follow up email as to the progress. With Krale, they answer emails promptly and to the point.

I've purchased 3 Weihrauch from Krale.
Order on a Sunday night (their Monday morning) and it arrives in SoCal by 8AM Wednesday.
No problems so far, but one concern would be return shipping if there did turn out to be a problem.
Cheapest shipping I could find would be about $100.
Krale must have a volume deal with UPS for the $50 shipping.

I've had a few problems with Krale on a couple of airguns. Both problems were on their end: in 1) case, they solved the problem by sending me a pre-paid UPS label, and had the gun picked at my house at my convenience!
In case 2), I received a HW80 with a cracked stock. I asked them to send me another stock and pre-paid postage to return the broken stock ...... which they did gladly :D.
Unfortunately, they shipped me a deluxe, HW98 stock by mistake. Because, I hadn't yet returned my cracked HW80 stock, we worked out a deal where I kept the HW98 stock and the cracked HW80 stock. They saved on postage (me returning the HW80 & HW98 stocks (pre-paid) to them, and Krale re-sending the HW80 stock to me.
I thought this was a win-win for everybody, because my HW95 now wears a HW98 stock and I was able to glue/refinished the basic HW80 stock ;).
How's that for customer service! 8)

I've purchased two HW30s' and two HW97K's from Krale with no problem/delay/damage whatsoever. One of the rifles shipment was delayed over the weekend and Krale's double wrap container was obviously opened but that was due to the government slacker goons at Louisville, KY customs.

I'm also an "ordered from Krale" member.. Ordered my SPA PCP pistol, less than 48 hours later I was shooting it. Didn't have to go as far- I live on the East Coast- but still... Some US vendors could learn a few things from Krale.
