Title: Kral Puncher One
Post by: Johnny sacco on September 21, 2018, 06:44:02 PM
Hello everyone its been some time since my last post, nontheless ive been busy shooting my guns and learning as much as i can about airguns. That brings me to my question regarding the Kral Puncher One. I came across this PCP recently and it caught my attention. Im mainly an FX fan and have a number of their fine guns. However, i tend to stray once and awhile and add others to my collection. I own a Kral Puncher Maga Marine in .177 cal and im impressed with its abilities i also own an AirForce Condor .22 cal and its an absolute hammer. You can say i enjoy shooting both of these rifles, so when i saw the Kral Puncher One it caught my interest. I had no idea about the gun it was the first time i seen it and never heard a word about it. I tried finding some information on the rifle but there isnt much out there, atleast not that i can find, and the little that i managed to come across really didnt say much. So if theres any one out there that has some knowledge about this rifle i would love to hear your thoughts, or even some helpful links i may have missed. I would say the resemblance to the Airforce brand is pretty remarkable, and likely what caught my attention. It has left me wondering, can it perform like a Condor, and what about its accuracy, the Krals that i have shot have all been pretty impressive. I dont expect the gun to perform like my Impact or Crown, im just looking for the gun to hold its own, any help would be great, thanks

No usable without home fixing but excellent for high power tuning.

I am now satisfied  whit no choked LW polygonal barrel in my Puncher ONE at 1-1,5 MOA accuracy and 20% 2,5-3 MOA flyers and two bottles ( original 250 bar and bought from e-bay 300bar with regulated 200 bar output air pressure ).  .177/Piledriver/42FPE/1.5MOA/BC=0,09 is not bad for 500+200=700 Euro and approximately only 20 hour home tuning work.
Because I have another PCPs for JSB Expres,Standard,Heavy,Monster  and Weihrauch barrel does not shots Piledrivers enough good I will awaiting for .177/60cm  FX STX-X slug liner with much faster twist rate ( TR = 1:10” ? ).

Because my AA/S510/carbine shots .177 JSB heavy only at 250 m/s which is usable max. up to 50m I am  planning to buy SMK/Artemis M16D and tuning it to shot up to 70 m at 290m/s in waiting period on FX .

Also I am looking for not expensive riflescope able to shot at longer distances on  very little targets equipped with more dots reticle  . I like Hawke  Sidewinder 20x ½ Mil-Dot 8-32x56 but it too expensive.

If you have some particular questions about Puncher ONE I will try to answer you.

Hello Peter,
Thanks again any and all information is helpful. I bought the rifle this afternoon i should have it delivered to me  by the end of this week. Im certain once i have it in front of me i will have some questions. Im definitely going to want to do some tuning, and once i shoot the gun thru a Chrony, and get a little familiar with the rifle i will be able to see what i need to work on.
By the way we share the same name, Pano is short for Panayioti, Greek for Peter . Im from Athens, Greece lived there for 25 years , i moved to Florina Macedonia, and later found myself in Canada. We were almost neighbors at one time, Slovakia wasnt very far. My friend i miss the ocean, beaches, the weather, but Canada is my home now this country has been good to me so i shouldnt complain . Once again i appreciate all your help and i hope you dont mind if i contact you again once i have the rifle . Cheers

Hello Pano,

Before 40 years I was also  planning to emigrate to Canada.  My wife persuaded  me NO.
I will be happy if you contact me with your Puncher ONE   experiences.

Good morning my friend,
My Kral Puncher One rifle arrived today, very excited to see how the rifle performs. Unfortunately i need to wait until Saturday to test the rifle . However i couldnt help but take it out of its case and shoulder it, it comes up well and tracks nicely. The gun is much lighter then i imagined, i havent mounted a scope yet but im sure the extra weight wont be a problem, and if the accuracy is there it will be a good hunting rifle. Im pretty amazed at how similar the Kral looks like my AirForce Condor, appearance is spot on and if it can perform like the Condor to a degree i will be very pleased . Im going to spend some time with the gun this weekend i plan on getting some solid numbers thru the chrony and try a number of different pellets, i will definitely be using a variety of JSB's and H/N they seem to shoot well in many of my rifles.
Peter i will keep you updated , and in the mean time im sure i will have a number of questions to ask you once i get a little more  familiar with the gun. Have yourself a great weekend .
