Today searching the net for some parts I found this sidelever breech for the m-rod made in Thailand:
The URL: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Side-Lever-Breeches-Crosman-Benjamin-Marauder-magazine-Multi-shot-Airgun-Loader/283069932774?hash=item41e84864e6%3Am%3AmLmvmIHrG2x4h_PRD1cXeqQ&var=583467587042 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Side-Lever-Breeches-Crosman-Benjamin-Marauder-magazine-Multi-shot-Airgun-Loader/283069932774?hash=item41e84864e6%3Am%3AmLmvmIHrG2x4h_PRD1cXeqQ&var=583467587042)
this breech costs $130 (the Russian version costs $259.99) and you can use a barrel 1/2" OD and a shroud of 25mm OD
it makes me want to give it a try
What do you think?

I would look at the description again. I don't believe these are for the Mrods.

It sure is interesting; I've been eyeballing that thing, too.
If you haven't seen it, you might note this thread: https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=146187.0 (https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=146187.0)

Too bad they don't make them for QB78's. It's not very difficult to modify an OEM barrel to be compatible with a Mrod style repeater breech....

If you scroll down to bottom of this page someone has been talking about there experience with these:)
