Just received the rifle today. Very heavy. Trigger and cocking are a little stiff, but I believe I can work that out.
What's bothering me is, I'm only getting 15fpe. I couldn't find much info, but I would assume this rifle would be FAC specs and capable of closer to 30fpe. I purchased the Logun-ators guide, and I'm hoping once I fully tear into the rifle the problem will be obvious, but I was hoping someone here might have had a little experience with the rifle, and be willing to share.

Might have found the "issue". Also, there doesn't appear to be an actual FAC version of the rifle. Not sure how accurate that statement is though.
This rifle was imported piece by piece from England and assembled here according to the previous owner. Even if there was an FAC version, I would be willing to bet this isn't one built from those parts.
In order to help diagnose the issue, I added an Altaros regulator set at 115bar to the rifle. Hopefully this will let me see how internal changes affect the fpe without having to deal with changing input pressure. On a side note, the difference between 115bar and 200bar input is only 2fpe.
I read the Logun-ators guide a little more, and saw that the XVIs came with a 2mm (0.079") transfer port. Pretty tight restriction. Every other flow path in the rifle is supposed to be 4mm (.157"). The transfer port seems to be easy to open up, so I'm going to go ahead and check it. If it's 2mm, I'll open it up to 4mm.
