My PS .177 should be here this week. John shipped her out today. Well, before I could even shoot my
.177 PS I found a .22 and BOUGHT it. The Gentleman made me such a wonderful offer I couldn’t turn it down. John, explained that he could give her a great tune. With more power than my TX200HC .22 which is a very accurate Power House. 18-20fpe is where accuracy is BEST. So now I’ll have .177 and .22 PS
I love my Spring Piston Airguns.
I update my GTA Brothers on my PS .177
Take care Fellas

Color me green!! ;D
My ProSport is my favorite air rifle, self tuned with Maccari 12 FPE kit. I'd kind of like to play with a 22 ProSport, but as far as I know my 177 is the only ProSport in the entire country, have never heard of - much less seen - another one here between the Canal and the Equator.

Thank you Fellas!!! I own Hi End PCP guns such as Daystate, FX, Air Arms and Extreme Big Bores. But, I LOVE Springers and Pump up Pneumatics. These are what I learned as a kid were pellet guns! My Springer Collection is growing and I'm hunting more and more with these Wonderful Airguns. There are two guns that I'd like to add to my collection which are the HW35E .177 and HW80 .22
My favorite hunter at this time is the AA TX200HC .22 that I used in the Video with Jim Chapman. That gun suites my 5'2" frame perfect!!! The love for the TX200HC .177 and .22 helped me in making up my mind getting the Pro Sport .177 the price I was offered for the Pro Sport .22 couldn't be turned down!! So now I will have the PS in both calibers, and still have yet to shoot a Pro Sport!!! Lol the .22 was shipped yesterday and the .177 today! So SOON I will have both, then the .22 goes to John in PA. I'm still planning a tree squirrel hunt in October in AZ and plan on using Springers. I plan on watching the EBR then heading out on some public land hunts with a good Buddy of mine. I Pray I can pull this off.

I look forward to hearing how it works out for you. They're great rifles!
I, too, grew up with multi-pump pneumatics and occasionally used a friend's CBC brand springer. My preference was for the multi-pump as my Daisy 880 had a lot more power than their springer. I'm guessing they were probably launching the pellets in the neighborhood of 400 FPS. The higher quality rifles available now are a BIG step up. How I'd have loved to have a rifle like the ProSport way back then!!!

Dude, that is awesome. I am not trying to steal your thread but would like to share something.
I just came home after 7 months. I wasn't in jail nor on a vacation, but that is for another time. Anyway, my old lady and Nitro Crushr surprised me with a tune of his. Now I don't even have the scope back on her and she is friggin awesome. She's in .177 and has 11.8ft/lb spring tune. I'll post more tomorrow. And as for you brother, which is your preference...177 or 22? and 12 or factory power?

Jay, I still have yet to shoot a Pro Sport or handle one for that matter!!! Lol the .177 Walnut was sent to John in PA for a power tune 15fpe is where she settled at and best ACCUARCY was at. I like to shoot 50 plus yards with my Springers. The .177 will be here Monday 8/6/18 The .22 will be here Friday 8/3/18 she is in Beech. After a couple of weeks she will be going to John in PA for a power tune also. Still have to wait on what power setting she will like best. I'm hoping the bbl will like the GTO pellets. Reason is my TX200HC and HW77K .22 love this ammo. Many critters have taken dirt naps with this ammo.
Take care My Brother
.22 and HW77K .22 love this ammo. Very flat and accurate shooting.

Hey Jay you can go to American Airgun Hunter and look up the video "Rabbit Hunting with Spring Piston Airguns" you will see my
TX200HC .22 and HW77K .22 in action. You can see how effective the GTO pellets are for hunting. This is why I love those pellets out of my .22 Springers.
Take care my Brother
