Bought a refurb Sortie from Hatsan USA a few weeks ago. Very nice pistol, shoots fine, plastic case, all the paper work, 3 mags, etc. etc. BUT, it was missing a fill probe, and the little plastic piece that goes into the fill probe hole when not in use. I wrote Hatsan USA, and today, received the 2 missing items, no charge. "Nice customer support"  ;)

Hi,

I always wanted to buy a PCP pistol, preferably a Hatsan since they have the same fill adapters ... But some other brands are just ridiculously expensive.

That Sortie is an interesting pistol. If it shot .177 (everything I own is .177) and if there was a shoulder stock for it, I'd be all in.

Tell you this about Hatsan USA & Field Supply both have Great Customer service! I ordered a Hatsan Flash two weeks ago from Field Supply.
They show 3 to 7 day shipping & my rifle was on sale at the time. Well they must have sold out just before my order. They contacted me shortly
after doing some checking & had a shipment coming in, I was told.

Well I waited a few days waiting on a reply on my shipment, for they normally send you a shipping order, but nothing. So I replied back. They
contacted me & said they were having trouble with Hatsans order, & contacted Hatsan USA & ask them to send my order direct to me. She said
the order would be sent out direct from Hatsan USA last night. It will be here Monday. Now if that is not Great customer service I don't know what is.

I assume being the Flash has only been introduced to the market for just a few months there covered up with orders. I got mind on a sale & that
even made it worst. But both Hatsan USA & Field Supply went all out the help a customer. I can not say enough about the effort both showed.

i ordered a bull boss parts and other stuff from them great people to deal with email them about my flash mags said i like to have new up graded ones said no probile they going to send me 2 new mags free i like dealing with them i own 2 hatsan and will own more
