Thanks Mark, I'm going to leave this one with the iron sights for now.  They do have a bit of a "bark" on 1100psi.

I always thought one of those set up for HPA would be a killer combo.

I'm a dedicated open sight shooter- I have a modified plinker Daisy 74 w/a red dot and a 10" LW barreled 2300KT w/a shoulder stock that has a UTG 4X fixed power scope but the rest use opens of one sort or another. (http://www.chevelles.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Slip in a AS to paintball adapter, a QB offset adapter and the bottle of your choice...  Bob's your Uncle.  I had been running the 1st 392 with the red dot, I wanted to try one of those 3x magnifiers and it does do a number it.  Can't say it looks good though, but its a workable combo.

For those who are unfamiliar with the Air Source version of the 392, they pre dovetail grooved the receiver (the limited edition version was done as well of the conventional pump 392)

I did get some ldc adapters made for these along with eb and later c series bluestreaks
with a bit of work to the pivot plug they'll fit the 392/7
