Been searching for a NP214-012 for a bit now for a steel eagle, every site I find is back ordered - anyone got any leads?

Pyramyd air has the NP214-012 Trail baffle for $5.99.

The trail baffle is np214-01, I'm looking for a piston assembly. Possibly a kit (piston and seals)

 Can they be shipped direct from Crosman to you , it is the best deal for Crosman parts IMO

If all you really need is a seal, I highly reccommend this.

Why are you wanting to replace the Gas Ram and Seal?

If they need to be replaced get the ram from Crosman, cheapest and fastest service for them, get the seal from ARH...
