Anyone know of a video replacing the piston seal on a Hatsan mod 25 supercharger vortex pistol.
I have a schematic showing all the parts and part numbers. I need to know what I need to remove to replace just the seal. Thanks sorry I think I am in the wrong forum and it won’t let me delete

Don't know of any videos but I've done a few Mod 25's if you need any help or advise.
This thread might help you.

Thanks! Jeff
I will surely give you a shout when I get around to doing it. I was told that a seal for a mod 95 (27mm) is the same seal in the mod 25? What seal do you recommend? The thread helped some what thanks!

All the below take the same seal.
◦Alpha
◦Striker
◦Edge
◦85
◦87
◦95
◦100X
◦105X
◦Dominator 200
◦SuperCharger
◦SuperTACT
I prefer the ARH seals myself.

Thanks man!
I studied the thread and it looks to be pretty straightforward.
The only fly in the ointment would be if the pin in the trigger fell out.
The tape on the pin as you suggested should keep that from happening.
It just so happens that I have a few vortex moly coat pro seals.
I will be ordering a few ARH seals today.
Jeff any tuning tips for me while I have the gun tore down?

I try to get about 2 to 3 pounds of pressure to get the piston and seal in place.
More then that and you'll not be getting full power.
If it was the wire spring version I'd just tell you to polish the spring ends and add some spacers to get a bit more power.
I forget the thickness the spacers I added were. But they were polished and lubed and kicked the power up a small bit.
And I added pop bottle stuff to the piston as a liner to help stop that spring noise.
I have a .177 SuperTac here that I plan to do at some point. It's a Wire Spring version as I prefer those.
Check your crown and fix it if needed and maybe chamfer the breech area if it needs it.
Other then that? Have fun! They are cool little shooters!
