Title: Wiper for my Benji 392 (Finished)

I'd like to put a wiper on the adjustable piston assembly I built for my 392. I know wipers are used on some multi pumpers to lube the tube.  I just disassembled a Daisy 880 someone gave me and I saw it had one. My question is what can I use to make the wiper?

 I use felt buffing wheels, Dremel sells 1" ones Home Depot, Lowes and Ace all carry them.
