Well - I have finally done it! It took a lot of lead (especially slinging .45 cal 350 grain slugs). 104 yards - here are the photos and here is the video.
Now that the snow is melting - I want to set out to be one of the first 200+ yard NUAH members. Wish me luck!

I've been meaning to do this video for awhile now as I get a lot of questions about how I tether when shooting from the bench. In this video we will cover the Huma-Air External Regulator. Instead of just focusing on the products I use, I wanted to make this a bit of an educational video of how I actually tune for accuracy while I am tethered.
It was also a great chance to try out the Nick Neilson NSA 350 grain Boat Tail Hollow Points as well. I had tested these out last week at 50 yards and was putting shots on top of each other so I was hopeful these would stay true at 100+ yards if I could find the right pressure combination.
I have been trying for my Gateway to Airguns (GTA) Nuthin' Under a Hundred (NUAH) Master Rating for quite some time and this little magic pill did the trick. In order to hit this status you have to get 5 consecutive shots over 100 yards within 1 inch all within the #10 ring on the NUAH approved target. Watch this video to see how it went!

Nice shooting, Chris.... Nick sent me one of those boattails, they really are beautiful....

Congratulations Master Chris. I upgraded you on the List.
FYI... you can submit the target in the 100 yard match that's going on now here https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=141403.0 (https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=141403.0)

Do you have to have a video or will photos of target from shooting position and photos of the 5 shot moa group be enough??
I've done three shots under moa many times with my .357 Slayer and NSA swaged, but 5 is a diff story! I always seem to pull the last one or two lol.
I know videos would be better suited for this accomplishment for sure👍 Will have to buy one of those cheap handheld 60x zoom Kodak recorders if so!

Video is not needed, the NUAH rules tell you what you need.... https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=100865.0 (https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=100865.0)

Hi Chris -
I PM'd you on this. I recently read your NUAH Club Submission you did to your Airforce .45 Cal. Congrats and Great Shooting. I recently purchased a .22 cal Escape, and also have a Talon SS.
I made the basic member level of the NUAH last week, using the Stock Escape with no mods. Just chrono'd it and went out and shot it. And it was windy...
But, there is an interesting story to the Escape:
I have only been air gunning for about 2 years, and appreciate you sharing you info about the Huma External Reg. I have one on order.
I did regulate my TalonSS and it is a .177 cal. I wanted accuracy for CMP 10 Meter 3 Position use, so the FPS is down around 750-ish.
In any event, the Escape I purchased was used and I got a stellar deal. I found it while in a gun store buying other things. I caught it out of the corner of my eye and asked the manager behind the counter what he was doing with it.
He stated it was broken, and somebody had traded it in on another gun. This gun store generally does not carry airguns.
I asked to take a look at it, and spotted that bore was bright and clean, and looked unused. Someone had moved the forearm back tight against the trigger guard. So, the Safety was jammed. Also, the bottle loose and the grub screws on the top hat were about to fall out.
To me, it just looked like it needed a good field strip, clean and some tuning. So, I asked what he wanted to for it. It had been marked down several times from $359 all the way down to $179.
I asked him how much he wanted for it, and I stated that I might be able to use it parts, since my son and I are involved in the local 4H youth program and use similar guns.
He looked at his notes, and said he would give it to me for (Price to Low to Publish).
I thanked him, took and the original factory box, CD manual and miscellaneous parts and headed home.
I plan to upgrade it to a .25, and then start dialing it in for the next level of the NUAH using the HUMA External Reg.
Thank you for the great videos on your Youtube Channel and keep them coming.
Best Regards,
Fletch
