Title: Screws for 392 bolt cam faceplate
Post by: SlowWalker on April 23, 2018, 08:12:57 PM
OK, in my zeal to install the Baker one piece scope mount on my 392 I slightly boogered up the little phillips head screws that keep the faceplate over the bolt cam in place. I'd like to replace 'em and was wondering if any one knew what size/tread they might be?

Funny thing is, after I got the mount on and scoped up I immediately knew I couldn't stand pumping the rifle over my legs....so off it comes anyway. Going to try a scout set up next.

Thanks to all!

Steve

Not sure of the size. When you pump with the Baker breech piece on hold the rifle between the 2 mounts on the scope. You aren't gonna bend the scope.

Thanks Rob, I'll that a try. You read my thoughts, bending the scope was my concern.
