Title: Puncher ONE T
Post by: skorec on April 19, 2018, 04:07:15 AM
This Gunpower clone with 12 shoot magazine at  500 USD   seams fine
https://kralarms.com/en/urun/puncher-one-t/ (https://kralarms.com/en/urun/puncher-one-t/)
https://www.rojal.si/en/shop/airguns/air-rifles/kral-arms-puncher-one-t.html (https://www.rojal.si/en/shop/airguns/air-rifles/kral-arms-puncher-one-t.html)

Advantages are:
1.   Hammer strike items are in line of barrel bore which is more accurate especially for high power hammer strike PCPs
2.   Barrel  is free floating together with rifle scope
3.   Bigger transfer port produce more power
4.   250 bar reservoir able to use higher shooting air pressure
I hope that it is possible to remove air tank easy and  fully loaded to reach little transfer baggage.

I also  sea a big tuning potential via  using two additional air tanks  equipped with different air pressure regulator. One for FAC  adjusted  to 200 bar and next for 16J adjusted to 80 bar.

I so wanted to get my hands on one of these rifles, but all were recalled in South Africa, reason unknown....

I see that the cocking lever has been moved to the side, and additional bracing of the rail is further back, nearer the breach.

Something we ask Air Force to do years ago.

If there  is one thing AirForce is consistent in, it is Never-Ever listening to their customers. Although I have a .257 Dyotat100 that puts out 200 fpe, I have completely written off AF. GRRRRR!!!

You sure got that right!  I gave them information and pointed them to multiple threads on this forum and others on how to fix the non-functional power wheel in their guns, and they never utilized it - or even seemed to care!  Basically, they are advertising a feature that they KNOW doesn't function.  I'm surprised they haven't had a lawsuit filed against them.  I sold my Talon SS and wiped my hands clean of Airforce.

Unfortunately I never saw any  video or description about non-functional power wheel at Airforce PCP guns. I hope that Kral fixed the problem but if no I will need you fixing video/description fore sure.

Also some info about additional/swappable  CF bottles and some   air pressure regulator ability  will be usable for me. I am planning to run   at  250bar filling pressure and 200bar output pressure.
Thanks before for advices

They mean closing spring valve   ?

"The .177-caliber Condor has a special tank valve spring. If you plan to attach other caliber barrels to your gun, you may want to buy a tank made for the other calibers (.20, ,22 & .25 calibers use the same tank). If you use the .177-calIber tank with the other smallbore calibers, you'll experience a drop of 50-100 fps in those calibers. However, if you buy the .20, .22 or .25 caliber but plan to also attach a .177-caliber barrel, you must buy a .177-caliber air tank. If you don't, the tank valve spring will not close fast enough, and all your air will be dumped."

Good massage is that Puncher ONE at caliber .25  is at home .

Unfortunately they are some issue with it.
1.   Added/packing  paper manual  is for another Punchers -  not for Puncher ONE.
I am locking for  correct Mechanism parts diagram for Puncher ONE
…………………………………….
2.   The power is very low  (max 13 FPE ) probably  because air transfer port  hole is too small 4mm ore probably another smaller one  inside the valve.  I have not disassembled  it yet.

3.   After I have filled it up to 250bar/3500PSI  some  o-ring has gone out  see the pictures.

..............................

I am just  locking for Condor  parts for iimprove and repair/fix  problems .

I want to use next valve and air pressure regulator

Do you have any another recommendations for me  ?

Thanks before.

O-Ring between valve nut and valve popped has gone out because the ID of  hole in the valve nut is 6,4mm but valve poppet OD is only 6mm. Se the  pictures .  I need  ask Kral Arms for right valve parts for caliber 6,35mm.

Also  ID of inside hole at valve popped has to be 5 mm for caliber 6,35. My ID of inside hole at valve popped is only 4mm.   I am expecting that Kral arms will  REDESIGNE  valve parts  completely because the valve popped is also  absurdly made from two parts and the air is leaking  between them at shoot.

If tuning of PCPs  is your hobby Puncher ONE  is excellent candidate:

1.   I have machined new valve assembly and ordered also regulating valve assembly
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Airforce-Airgun-Constant-Pressure-Air-Valve-for-Condor-Tank-CO2-PCP-4-5-8mm/263556496326?hash=item3d5d30fbc6:g:0dwAAOSw32lYwYVf (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Airforce-Airgun-Constant-Pressure-Air-Valve-for-Condor-Tank-CO2-PCP-4-5-8mm/263556496326?hash=item3d5d30fbc6:g:0dwAAOSw32lYwYVf) also with next 0,45l  tank  - 90 USD
       2.  New LW .177  polygonal barrel – 130 USD and better also free floating fixing it into the gun body.
       3. Delete  of arming pin by adding 2mm  screw

Trigger is too hard but I am not sure if am able to improve it . See the pictures.

Good message is that after swapping to caliber .177 and installing  new valve popped the power with 21gr  Piledrivers is 50 + FPE .

Nothing was good at stock version but ONE-T is staring to work at last.
25 shots  at 35 yd  from ( 250bar-288m/s)    to   (195bar – 280m/s) . Max velocity 303m/s was at 210m/s.

I am just now thinking haw to create/do some pellet feeder  from next magazine part .

It seams that not choked polygonal  LW barrel shots a little bit more accurate however they are still 20% of flyers.
