Which of the larger pcp manufacturers has the best service department? Who can you count on for getting the job done right?
-
The one you don't have to use in the first place... ;)

Well I'm a bit biased here(seeing as how I'm a Crosman service center ;)) but of large manufactures I would say Crosman/Benjamin hands down
currently not many other large manufactures even have a full service department for parts let alone
dealer and and service center support, while Crosman not only has a good factory service but also has a network of repair centers
as well as part stocking dealers and reasonable prices for parts.
With FX USA starting hopefully we will see good support coming for the FX line.

I don't know or a fact yet because I just ordered my rifle lhis past. After speaking with Martin from Rapid Air Weapons (RAW) I can confidently bet that their service level is right up there with the best of them. If I discover that I'm wrong later....I'll post something but I bet that I never have to use their service department in the first place.
After e-mailing back and forth a couple of times I was very pleased that Martin called me just to make sure that all of my questions regarding my order were answered and that my order was correct. That's a great start for service in my book!

Crossman/Benjamin is the only company I'm aware of that has parts that are both available and affordable. You can call and get about any part you want. It's one thing that truly allowed the Marauder gain so much popularity in the modification/hotrod world of air gunning.

I have ordered many parts from Crosman without any issues, to modify/tinker with my guns while having fun. I don't know what I would do for parts if I had any other brand gun. Probably couldn't play with it near as much and would probably have to baby it in fear of something breaking.
-
I try to learn my guns so I can count on myself because first of all I don't trust UPS, Fed EX or the USPS to get the job done right ;) If I did have to get a gun repaired I might instead send it to a good tuner to fix AND tune it. If you have to pay expenses anyway for at least shipping then why not??? May as well get it back in better than new condition!

I'll add this about Crosman - they are the only place I know of that sets their prices for parts at such a reasonable level that I found it worthwhile to order key replacement parts just to have on hand in case I need them, or want to do something else with them in the future . . . as an example, since I bought a new lightweight Gen I tube from JSA, I called to ask how much for a complete Gen I trigger group, and they not only had it in stock, it costs under $50. All I can say is wow - that is customer service . . . .

Crosman hands down from what I've read about all the others. Plus I own a Mrod and Prod. Both have been apart for mods and just for fun on rainy days. Go to the Crosman site download the parts diagram and call them up to order. I've made 3 or 4 orders now with them and they are friendly and ship out fast.

I'll echo what everyone else has said about Crosman as I have dealt with them on several occasions and have always been very pleased with their service and parts department.
I also know that the service from Brian at EdGuns West is steller . He is knowledgeable, helpful, and truly cares about his customers needs. He he is in direct contact with Ed in Russia on a weekly basis. Both Brian and Ed takes good care of their customers and are always willing to help. I have personally shot with Brian and I can honestly say he is a Top Notch Guy who is a pleasure to share time with.
I have also ordered several parts from SPA for tinkering and modifying my own guns. I have been very satisfied with them and considering they are on the other side of the planet, the parts have always arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
Julie is who most here have dealt with. She is very knowledgeable and I've never heard a single complaint with how she supports the SPA products line.
There is also several reputable independent builders and Tuners here on the GTA who work on most of the major brands, and they can be verified by many members here.

BSA has almost all parts avalable via John Knibbs. Can't say about their US service though.
-
Yep... gotta be Crosman. They might have competition if SPA had a stateside warehouse.

Crosman for sure
