Couple drops of Secret Sauce on the rubber cup and linkage pivot points.

Man I can always count on U...first full tear down...installing new valve....many,many thanks

Pretty easy. Knocking roll pins in and out is probably the hardest part.

Pins are out...waiting on crosman... ;)...

pics or it didn't happen.

I have not been into my modern 392 and would like to see what you got.

Think of an oversized1377. Only difference, the 392 has 2 o- rings instead of a transfer port seal.

Gotchya.... Thanks

Update...I dont think this gun needs a valve...I believe it dried out and in my zeal to get it pumping I fouled the tube with oil .....but since its tore down will go ahead and clean and install new valve when it gets here.....what the heck its a learning experience...

Is the old valve brass or aluminum?

Is the old valve brass or aluminum?
Let me get back to u on that... ;)

To begin with Gun would not pump up...after a though cleaning ...I replaced the aluminum valve with new style brass valve...gun would still not pump up...fortunately I also ordered a rubber piston...gun is working as it should....thanks for the replies...
I think it was a matter of gun being dry (brothers gun)...but I may have over oiled it ...as it would pump up but quit...I will say this there is a marked difference in the new piston rubber vs the old....Im waiting on some sheridan pivot pins...just incase I have to go back in....they may be fugly but I hate bangin on these guns...
