Title: What am I doing wrong ? XS-60

The O-ring on the end cap of my XS-60 keeps swelling up ? I am only getting one use out of them.
Bought several different ones.

Common Buna-N should not swell on exposure to CO2 but if in doubt, go with polyurethane.
