The 2nd annual Southern Indiana Spring Fling will be held at the Barn located at 2900 west county road 750 south, Commiskey, Indiana. the second weekend in April. It is a fun shoot open to everybody. Please come out and have a weekend of shooting fun. All airguns are welcome. Plenty of room for big bores. Primitive camping on site. Bring your guns and pellets and have a fun weekend shooting.

Liz, I wanted to link this to the announcement gate. But didn't get that done. Would you see if that can be done. if not you can delete it. As you can tell I have no idea what I am doing. If you would like to come to the shoot. You can stay in my motorhome for the weekend and you can shoot my guns. We will feed you. The only thing you will have to do is get here. We will even pick you up at the Louisville Ky airport and take you back to meet your flight out. And you can use my car while you are here. Just saying. If you would like to come.

Can’t wait! I had a blast last year and know this year will be the same. Met some amazing people and even came home with an extra rifle. Easier to sneak them in when the wife doesnt see a long box on the porch! Wonder if anyone will bring something I can’t live without this year? Only one way to find out. I’ve been saving all of the empty steel aerosol cans from my shop since last year so I have way more than last time. And I’ll bring some more of the 4’x8’ and 1 1/2’x2’ political signs for target backers like last year. Hope to see everyone there!

You know...while I was reading this thread, I was thinking I'd love to come up there again. Love the area!

My Wife may come with me so if she does We will grab a motel about 30 minutes away.
I'll be bringing a few things for sale/trade. A couple Air Tanks and a few different Air Guns.

If I get my valve back from Doug in time maybe I can make it this year. Have lots on the plate right now and lots of money going out for vehicle repairs and such. The weather is not looking good right now either!

All my gear is staged and ready to bug out.... BUT
I Just found out I have to work.
Line 13 Extruder broke down at 1:30 and it ain't good.
We are already 2 days behind on shipments from it and now this. Saturday mandated for my Crew and I need to be there to manage. We will be lucky to get it back together by Wednesday but probably Friday next week.
Welcome to my life as an Industrial Maintenance Manager. >:(

I had a blast yesterday!
1st thing that gave me a thrill is when Jimmy waved at me as I came over the hill to his place in the truck.
Not sure if he recognized the truck or just waved because it was not the usual trucks to pass his place.
As far as I know I hold the record for hitting the bell in the most consecutive shots.
That's not easy in the wind we had to deal with!
Jimmy took revenge by blowing my Rocker1 LDC to bits and pieces!
Then sending his Grand daughter down to spill chocolate milk in to my open tins of pellets.
;D
A couple of us were amazed when I attempted to cut the wire on some CO2 carts hanging out there.
The sound those shots made had us looking at each other like "WTH was that?"
When we looked at the wire I had actually hit it several times!

Had a fantastic time and some killer veggy soup!
