Title: Hatsan USA customer service.

How is Hatsan USA about customer service. In very tempted to pick up a refurb 135 .30 soon but I'm worried about If I have an issue with it, if their customer service will help me.

They have treated me just fine, but some others have had issues. Be aware that refurbs have only a 30 day warranty, so shoot the snot out of it for the first 3 weeks to see if anything crops up.

BTW, I bought a 135/.30 refurb about 9 months ago and it is just fine. Looks like a brand new rifle, not a scratch or mark on it.

If you get a good one you will love it, it's a real sledgehammer!

I got a new trigger group from them, for my Bullboss. Nice, and got a couple of emails from them too. A+ in my book! :D

Nate,

Buy the gun.  If you don't like it, send it back for a refund.  Do not expect lots of service or parts from them.
If the gun shots ok, you should know within the first 100-250 pellets.

Picked up a refurbished gladius,initially disappointed with condition and functionally of gun,after a few back and forth emails they sent a shipping label.In less than a week turn around, received gun in satisfactory working condition with a couple of tins of pellets for my trouble.

for warranty work, they were excellent on that aspect though just good on return time as it took them about 5 weeks from when i shipped until it returned to me

No refunds on refurbs from Hatsan USA. Only repair or replace.
