I wouldn't give a bent nickel for it.

Omagee....... are they serious?!

Hahahah!
I have an old Chinese rifle which is similar- even has the sticker on the buttstock- that's hilarious!

It might bring more if they listed it as a " Thumb Trap !"

I am still having trouble wrapping my head around the idea that it's a serious ad. HAHAHAH :D

Is that worth as much as a PLUG NICKEL ?" LOL

I have no idea if the seller is serious, or not. Once, I did see one of the early cheap Chinese air rifles , that sold for $20 at a flea market, sell for $150 !!
Remember what P.T. Barnum used to say !

What is the 'extra' piece of fore end for? Don't recall seeing one like that before. something added to keep fingers out of a pinch point?

More like: "Handy thumb and/or digit of your choice removal mechanism."

The original saying from my grandpa; if you go fishing, you just might catch a fish.  If you don’t go fishing, it’s a sure thing you won’t.

As applies in this situation;  If you ask a ridiculously high price, there’s always the possibility you might get it.  If you don’t, it’s a sure thing you won’t.

When I run into an item I would like (this is not one) me and some others bid what WE think its worth over and over. Believe it or not, the seller sometimes gets the message and after 3 rounds of listing the item will finally lower the bid to what someone will pay for it.

Did that a couple times with some Crosman 600's. I didn't win, but at least we got the seller to start at a sane price.

Might have to send the seller a message: "25.00 dollars and a packaged of Oreo Double Stuff cookies, my best offer."
