Good find! I have a D34 refurb in .22 and it is brand new as far as I can tell, no marks whatsoever. Often when a MFG has an overstock of a particular product they will mark them "refurbished" and discount them to move the inventory.

If it was a (.22), I would have jumped on it. My (.177) Meisterschutze is my favorite rifle!
