Measured the cc behind the reg. Came out 10ml= 10cc. My reg set at 130bar most speed I could make 855 fps that's with a shimmed hammer spring. Some one suggested adding more air couple months back.
Ok more air it is. Made a delrin sleeve with 10cc more space. Added that to the mix pressured up to 180 bar over night. No leaks! Been trying for 900+ with .25 jsb 25.39. First shot Bingo!!

That's might impressive coming out of the P15 no doubt and a big congrats on your goal on the first shot !!!

Thanks Wayne52. Glad I had the delrin and my HF 7x10 had enough gearing left to cut lol.

Is the sleeve attached to the reg, or is it just pushed up against the reg and valve and held in place by air pressure? Thinking of doing this too . When I get my lathe set up

Hi Ron the sleeve just pushes against reg and valve with air pressure. I couldn't ever get it to seal. Just never fit right on the orings. Best bet to use aluminum for the sleeve.

Back to this project, ok installing a 12cc plenum thanks to vash545. Just drained air from shooting it at 140b. Strange that earlier shooting with just the sleeve it shot several 25.3 pellets 900+. I've since drained and reset the reg to 140b. And have only got it to shoot a couple 900+ shots most were 890/880 fps..
Gun hammer spring is shimmed and turn up as tight as I can squeeze the hammer spring.

sounds like opening the throat or transfer port would put you over, then you can back off the hammer preload

It's TP pathways are max 5.5mm any larger you chance dropping the pellet nose in the pathway and scraping the pellet nose. That's what I was told.

The P15 is different than the M16 for sure, on the M16 you have a connector the barrel screws into and on that connector is where the port is. I opened up mine on my .22 M16 I opened mine up to .171 which is 80% of the bore and it's unreal how good the JSB 18.13's are shooting at 980fps, I was worried they might become unstable but that's not the case. I need to run some of the JSB monsters across the chrony again.`

Hi Wayne52 yup different beast for sure. I know it will shoot 25.3 900+ seen it. Just rebuilt the huma reg. Gun was losing pressure below 120b. Sent off my reg tester for my matador off to get inserts for the m16 and P15 reg made. Tired of not know what pressure my reg is set at lol. And it irks me to no end shooting $18.99 350ct. JSB lol.

yes, but the factory TP is a lot smaller than that , likely around .130 ... correct me if I'm wrong , I'm basing this on other spa models

Hi RobM yes it was 1mm smaller 4.5 original or at least the barrel TP 4.5mm
