Uh, oh...here we goooo...
My issue with pups is that it is nearly impossible for me to work the bolt when it is up by my ear, but semi-auto eliminates that rub, hmmm...
So much for keepin' the AG spending down this year, ha ha!
-
You can get a side lever pup, like the FX Wildcat or Impact. no problem cycling those levers while still looking down range.
or, a semi auto... tough choice!

the video doesn't have a whole lot of info.
.22 cal
900 fps
18 round clip
available with integrated bi-pod
regulated
2 different stock finishes
looks cool but ...
no price info. no actual gun. no tests.
looking forward to seeing it in action though. Kalibrgun makes some sweet, accurate AGs

Ha ha! Gee, thanks, Keith, just what I need, a whole 'nutha gun type to consider buying, lol.. ???
The semi-auto kills two birds with one stone, tho. I have been wanting a semi-auto for a while now, and I wish I could shoot a pup, so, yeah, I'm on a slippery slope here at the moment, ha ha! ::)
-
Are you sure it's semi auto? I watched one video from shot show and the nice Kalibrgun lady confirmed that the bolt needs to be cycled back and forth for each shot?
-
semi or not, Ive lusted after that thing since it was announced..... would like to know at least the MSRP on it....
Might not have preordered the flash pup had I known.... ok, now what to sell off..... :)

HAHAHA I know myself well enough... so my answer would be #4, all three :)
other tahn cost, my other question is can I get that "camo" pattern shown in the pic? :)
-
Yep it does appear to be semi auto and looks sweet! The bipod built into the stock is kind of chintzy but maybe they'll end up changing it? A simple pic. rail would be better IMO

interesting , following ...

...... Here is the ViD It shows the box at 18.28 you need to stop it to view as it goes by really quick, Giles even states it is a Semi Auto...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT0ZT3TgnGw. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT0ZT3TgnGw.)

I wouldn't put much stock in what the Lady at he show said. Not only did she not know what Semi-Auto meant, she didn't know what a Shroud was either.
She was there to be "Eye Candy" to draw attention to the booth, Nothing more.
Been to a few Shot Shows. There is a LOT of eye candy there. Starting to be more and more like car shows. Now if they start wearing ultra short shorts and skirts, like the car shows, ::)LOL!!!

i know it's not scientific, but by the way he was handling it, it looks really light. it's also very compact. i like what i'm seeing so far but price and performance are always the final factor.

I think he is a big guy, I read on the box 3.3 kg =7.27525#'s quite a bit heavier than the Colibri.. I don't know what the fore stock weighs, but I would remove it, I am hoping that they are not going to price it really high$$..

That's what I saw, someone (I think AEAC) asked her "so you pull back this lever every time to shoot it right?" and she just smiled and nodded lol. Of course I could have that completely wrong so don't quote me on it. It does seem to be semi auto and if it works well it should be a very nice rifle. Semi auto pellet guns have never appealed to me for some reason, I like the bolt action. Co2 bb guns though, the faster it fires the better for plain old fun!

I thought maybe everyone was drawn to her extraordinarily high IQ.

I'll wait till the actual review is out, like when you have one in your hands. As for that lady at shot show, yeah she didn't seem the most comfortable but how many videos have you guys done in a language other than your mother tongue?
Implying that she's there just because she's pretty is a bit silly IMO. She deserves to be there just as much as any other presenter, yes she needs some work but it's not easy doing a presentation in another language.

It's May '18 :)

I gotta say, in the late 80's I was heavy into mountain biking and I had a Richard Cunningham original Alien mountain bike; the bikes mine they started to make with square tubing and I thought that was the bee's knees. I'm am definitely digging that square barrel - I really like the look of it. Now a price would have been great so I know how much I need to start saving!!!
-
well......
at leat theyre not tkaing "pre-orders" and announcing "in stock dates" that slip daily..... 8)

Hatsan, Umarex, you listening????
