Title: SPA barrel lengths

Does anybody know the barrel lengths of the many different variants of these guns (Varmint, Plinkster, cp1, cp2, etc)?

Obviously the pistols have a short barrel, and the cp2 also comes with a longer barrel. Is the long barrel the same length as the Varmint and/or Plinkster? I don't know if the Varmint or Plinkster share the same length either.

I too am curious and will be following this thread.  I'm tempted at times to buy the cp2, I've already got the cp1 .22, Varmint .22, Airmax MKII pistol .22 and the Airmax Dominator .22.

Bill should know, he built a .22 Franken-Varmint from the CP-2 long barrel.  I've been tempted to buy a CP-2 also, I've been waiting and hoping Mike would get the one with the camo stock!

Not sure about the pistols but the P12 and Dominator rifles have 18 inch barrels.

The CP2 pistol Barrel is 8" and the longer carbine barrel is 17 3/4" .I am going to get the Varmint .22 and mount the action into the CP2 pistol grip after drilling out the hole for the pressure gauge that way I will have a multi shot pcp pistol/carbine and a Co2 rifle so it will be a fun little project then I will plug the gauge hole in the rifle stock and maybe try my hand at a camo paint job on the rifle stock  ::) 
 
All I know is I like the accuracy of the CP2 pistol barrel and tomorrow I will mount the longer 17 3/4" barrel and test the accuracy of the longer barrel.

The .177 Plinkster barrel I received a week ago measures 18-7/8".  That's as measured removed from the receiver and the LDC removed.

An SPA PR900W measures 18 15/16" from the muzzle to the breech with the barrel fitted. Allowing for the oring inside I would guess at 18 7/8".
This would tie up with Nervoustriggers measurements.
