Title: Low profile combs on production custom stocks?

Seems like all of the above have the common issue for me...low combs.  Is there a reason for this?  It just seems that most air guns use scopes which require a decent cheek weld.....and most production level after-market stocks lack that attribute.

What gives?

Boyd's are making an aftermarket stock with an adjustable cheek piece that a friend put on a rim fire, I know they make stocks for Marauders and possibly others?, perhaps check them out!  price is right!
