 been looking at a Hawke Panorama 4x12x50 model 15 130 any comments does 118.00 sound reasonable

If it's new and has the AO ( and you're going to want an AO scope for an air rifle), $118 is wayyyyyyyy beyond reasonable considering they usually run upwards of $270 most places.

the scope has side focus Hawke model 15-130. when you mention you want a scope with an AO, are you referring to an AO on the bell end or either side or bell what model hawke did you get

That model has fixed, 100-yard parallax.  The model 15131 has adjustable parallax and is much better suited for airgun use.

Either front bell or side focus. Mine is a 4-12x40 AO IR I bought for my Beeman R9 .20, was $187 from Dodd's Sporting Goods.

 i thought it had a side focus, going to look at the 15 131 and the 15 121 not really sure if i need the 50mm obj. i mainly target shoot

 my mistake. thanks to Bob. the 15 130 and the 15 120 are fixed scopes, don't want that
