My FWB 124 D did not come with fixed sights and I have been trying to find some to no avail. So happened to pick up 2 Leupold Rifleman 3-9x40 scopes on clearance at 100 bucks a piece. Now I am in search of some scope mounts that will work with the FWB's weird scope stops and the Leupold scope. Any ideas of a mount in the States that will work ?

BKL one piece mounts work well . I have them on two 124's and no movement

A properly installed heavy duty set of two piece scope mounting rings are all that are necessary on almost all spring piston air rifles.
Sportsmatch or UTG/Leapers medium height (or generic rings from eBay that obviously are the same as UTG but only cost $5) are perfect for this application.
The screws that fix the clamps to the dovetail need to be greased for maximum clamping force, and they must be tightened TIGHT....until they squeak. No stop pin is necessary.
On MOST spring piston rifles, a stop pin in a mounting ring is a band aid cure for people that don't or won't torque them properly.
My FWB 124 has been scoped with 2 piece rings, no stop pin, and a fairly heavy scope for 25 years....no slippage.
Two piece rings mounted without using the stop pin are the best and most versatile way to mount scopes on most spring piston rifles.

Hi Jacob, I don't have an FWD124D (wish I did), but I've also had great luck with BKL products. They make a one piece drop mount that is about 7 MOA that might help with the zero. But 2-piece mounts will also work... and some very good points by Jeff...

The grease (moly works well) will prevent the hardened-steel screws from galling in the aluminum threads. Crank the mounting screws down!... jmo :D

The FWB124 is hard on scopes. Make sure your scopes are airgun rated. Its a great gun, I've had mine for over 35 years.
