Has anyone bought one of the new generation krals lately? I see they did away with the half shroud and wondering if they addressed the valve issue and cocking lever issue.

No more Shroud ? ... man, gotta be some loud guns now.

Me too.. I'm going to grab one before their gone. I'm going to replace the cocking handle and valve anyway.

I just looked at the Krals that PA has. They did do way with the half shrouds on the rifle versions but they are still threaded for 1/2-20 and there is plenty of room for a full length shroud. The half shrouds did not do much good anyways.

Yeah, but now you gotta spend more money to get a shroud and if you want the silver version, how you gonna get it to match in color ?

I called Troy today and he said someone goofed and got a load of non shrouded meant for the eu. They still make and will import the shrouded version. Matching a factory finish like that would be a nightmare.
