Hello guys,
Ive got a slight problem and need some help. My Airforce .22 cal Condor seems to be suffering from a leaking tank, to be more exact its coming from the Top Stop. I was told its a common problem and a simple fix . Cocking the gun and firing it repeatedly worked the first few times . I never gave it a second thought since it always seem to stop. However the leak is back and this time around its continuous, and will only stop once the take is exhausted. Cocking and firing the gun nolonger works, i tried the alternative tap on the Top Hat with a soft faced hammer that to failed to see results. Any of you out there experience the same frustration like me , love to hear from you and let me know what your fix was . In any event i could always send the rifle to Airforce Air Guns , or perhaps back to the retailer. I was trying to avoid that hassle all together, im going to leave that as a last resort . Any one have some ideas on this.

Ive done a ton of work on airforce rifles and can say dont hit the valve when fully pressurized. Soft hammer or not thats risky.
If the valve is leaking it can be taken apart and resealed. Airforce guns are very straight forward and simple. If you remove the top hat put a tiny bit of hill pump lube on the shaft of the tophat. I bought a tin of it about 6 or 7 yrs ago use the heck out of it and still have a ton left. Its a good investment if you have a pcp rifle.

I had the same problem with the CO2 adapter, which I replaced.
I'd like to try to repair the old one but need to know where to get the pin spanner wrench.
Any ideas???
