Title: Snowpeak S400 single stroke pneu. ?? parts diagram avail. ??????

S400 that I own .... On 1 cocking stroke pellet will not exit the breech .
                             On 2nd. stroke pellet will exit the barrel with low velocity ?   
         I have tried pellets from 5 grains to 10 grains , various manufactures

 Any Ideas on this ?  Importer does not answer emails .

 Is a parts breakdown / diagram available any where ?

I know which pistol you're talking about, it should be very similar to a beeman p17.
What does your pistol sound/feel like when you cock it. My xisico air pistols are getting new orings soon because they are shooting slower than they should and the orings seem to be letting air escape during the cocking cycle.
I hope others will chime in.
