My new Hercules will not rotate the magazine when cocking the rifle. I searched the internet and it does not seem to be a exploded view to find- neither any how to; about bleed and empty the tubes on this model.
I don't want to make me a lot of dangerous inspections with 200+ Bars... The Hatsan BT65 comes with a handy bleeding valve tube adapter. But i don't get any answer out of the sales men either..
As for what i have understand, there are an auto deployed safety mechanism when cocking rifle. This ain't working either.
I actually bought 2.
First unboxed rifle did close to same thing. First off i thought it had something to do with my trigger adjustments. Until i noticed that it would'nt cock or rotate- therefore not cock.. leaving me with a loose trigger.
That rifle i managed to fix.
But this bad boy...
What will i need to do?
I dissambled the stock and lubricated carefully all mechanisms as they felt rough + while mag. Would'nt rotate- neither would the port for filling adapter work properly... and i actually believed for a while that solved it.
Also checked the lever that rotates magasine, hiding at side plate...
Now... is it any hand in hand problem... since it besides main question about the feeding/ rotating magazine issue... also leaves me with issue about air 240 Bar down to 200 after 9 shots...
In warm weather yes...
Any ideas?
And how to bleed / empty rifle would come in handy...

:(
*Bump****
I have a problem that makes me crazy.
My Hatsan Hercules will not feed / rotate the magazine when i cock the rifle!
I have tried using pellet gun lube, carefully put lube where i think is appropriate...
That will not help.
When i remove magazine. And just press trigger with no magazine- and cock= the cocking lever is moving as i think it should.
But as soon as i put the mag. Inside- It will refuse to rotate the magazine.
What can i do to make this work?
Please help me.
I can work on it myself if anyone can give instructions and guidelines.
Please guys, what is wrong?
I attach a print screen from a web site.
This guy say there is a "auto deployed safety" future...
But i do not have this. Is there something wrong with the rifle?
When i shoot- the safety does not move at all. What is he talking about (?)
I marked this in yellow and give you the web adress link:

Just received my new Hercules .30, but I had no time to shoot. I hope this weekend.
I have cocked the Hercules a couple of times and the magazines rotates normaly.
I can cock the air rifle with the safety in shooting position and in the save position.
My Herculas has no auto safety.
Have you tried an other magazine?
If it helps you I can sent some photos.

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer to your question, I have a problem with a different hatsan pcp and one of my magazines works without issue, the other magazine will not rotate. I took both of mine apart and I found some differences between the two and I suspect that my problem will be solved with buying new magazines, but I sure hope my new magazines don't have the same issues.
My one major gripe with hatsan pcps, or at least my at44 is the magazines.

I never considered adjusting my rifle, but I may try that before buying a magazine.
On the topic of the .35 caliber, I have the carnivore, I have shot pellets, roundball and 95 grain bullets in mine, both the pellets and roundball shoot well.
My unsolicited comment.

I have to be a bit rough on hand. With one of the BT65 RB's... "Firm" like... easy but let my rifle now what to do... for cocking.
At least from the beginning- like to groove the parts in/ tune in...
It was not so smooth from factory.
But still, it worked.
This bad boy...
It does not feed at all...
(So Lion, or you guys with Hercules.. fill in. Take meassurement at least. I will try to adjust this today this morning)
Thanks
