http://www.fieldsupply.com/benjamin-marauder-air-rifle-177-cal-hardwoord.html (http://www.fieldsupply.com/benjamin-marauder-air-rifle-177-cal-hardwoord.html) $349.21 to my door. Are there flies on this gun or what? Dated inventory or seconds? Price seems a little low based on others I can find on the net. Please chime in quick if this Marauder is suspect because if it isn't I'm about to go darkside.

Reading it as a .22 in there ad ???
Even then if they offer that price & can deliver ... a SMOKING deal right there IMO.
-
I bought it. I saw that .22 in the description. The Benjamin item number is for the .177 though. Either one would be just fine! If .177 what is best pellet for FT?
-
Are the .177 barrels sketchy like the .22 ones are/were, or has that issue all been worked out?
-
Out of stock.
:(

Cabelas has the .177 Marauder for $369 in wood and $349 synthetic. Wish the .25 was that price.

Here's a .25 in wood on the AA classifieds for $325 plus shipping. I don't know the seller, so deal at your own risk if interested.

Says back "in stock",
Use "WICK5" for -$5.00
Use Ebates for -3.5%
Should be $332.16 TYD
Got one. Thanks OP
Update: Price went back up today 8-5-17 to $419.26

Yes, it is back in stock because I cancelled my order once you pointed out yesterday that they were out of stock. That's because I bought the last one. Soon as you pointed out that they had no more I called and canceled my order. I never want to buy the last item in inventory of anything. Worked too many warehouses during college. I know what the last one on the pallet looks like. It looks like the last bag of fertilizer on the pallet at Home Depot! It usually is a return item, an open box item, display item, or worse...old, dated inventory.
I took the better advice of this thread and bought one from Cabelas. $20 more, but I had a gift certificate taped to this monitor for over a year, waiting on something I needed from Cabelas. So that bought it down to $359. Cabelas does not stock these, so they drop ship from Corpseman. FRESH merchandise!
So they have exactly one.

Is there and echo in here?

Did you get the .177 or .22?

Well this isn't encouraging. Never bought from them before so well see I guess. For the $332.16 I'll roll the dice. Below is part of their return policy pertaining to damaged items. It looks like they will take it back on their dime if their are issues other than buyers remorse.
"Our return policy is simple: when your package arrives, open and inspect. Refund of shipping charges will depend on the reason for the return.
If you receive a damaged product: Every product that leaves Field Supply has been inspected and in grade A condition unless otherwise noted (such as our occasional Scratch & Dent sales). Sometimes things happen on the way to the Coliseum as they say. Damage in transit drives us as crazy as it drives you. If you received a damaged item, we’ll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement, in which case shipping is on our nickel. We’ll work to resolve it in a manner that requires the least amount of effort from you possible.
If you are returning an item due to buyer’s remorse: We’ll refund you for the price of the item less shipping, as long as you return it in its original box and in saleable condition."

I bought the .177. I target shoot 99% of the time. As for the FS gun, there is in all likelihood absolutely nothing wrong with it. If it is then send it back.

Just to follow up. FWIW I was a little nervous as to what condition this might be in as I've never dealt with Field Supply and it was a "Clearance" item. The rifle I received and the factory sealed box was well packed and in pristine condition. No indications of it ever being opened after leaving the factory or it being bumped around during its storage life. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from their clearance selections again. :D
