Title: At44 air cylinder leak (O-ring sizes for huma regulator?)

My At44 is leaking between the brass valve part and the air cylinder. I have Huma regulator installed and I have checked all the o-rings on the regulator. I can´t find any defects or dirt on them and I have greased them with light touch of silicon grease after cleaning them. Still keeps leaking. Could someone point me to right direction with the o-rings that fit the regulator?
