Title: Hatsan 125 25.

It will not latch, when I try to Cock it, I have taken the trigger apart a dozen times trying to fix it. but it will not cock. anyone have any ideas or might know what is the problem.

I don't know what you mean by having taken the trigger apart.  If you have put the trigger together correctly try backing off the adjustment screws about one full turn each.  If screwed too far the trigger can be essentially pulled all the time and therefore won't latch.

If you have done anything to the spring or compression tube area it is also possible something is not seated completely which won't allow the piston to latch on (or even reach) the sear.  Adding washers for more power can do this as well.

I will try backing off the screws I am confident I have put the trigger back together correctly I did replace the Piston seal about 6 months ago but it has been shooting fine until today and I thank you for your advice and help

I'd take pictures as best I could and post them here.
There's several reasons that could cause the issue.
A broken spring in the trigger, a chipped or broken sear, and on and on.
Is it Gas spring or Wire spring?
