I just ordered some parts from Crosman over the phone using their toll-free number. After a very short wait (maybe a minute, at most), I was able to speak with a real, nice, helpful person and give them the exact part number they needed, which I easily obtained by downloading a parts diagram from an easy-to-find page on their website (https://support.crosman.com/hc/en-us). They checked who I was in their system, verified my shipping address, took my CC information, and emailed me an order confirmation immediately. No fuss, no muss.
Four stars!

I always enjoy dealing with Crosman for parts. You should know what is wanted from the EVP's and everything proceeds in a friendly courteous manner. The $4 flat rate shipping is also a plus.

And you should received it right real fast too? Just don't expect tracking.... lol
I do like dealing with Crosman parts department tho. They once even hooked me up with a seller who bought out some old stock and I was able to get my hands on the obsolete part.
Almost forgot.... I wanted a Challenger Power Adjuster once... out of stock.. the young man had them put one together for me.... that was awesome.

I'm always a happy camper whenever I order parts from Crosman, they really treat the customers great there!!!

They could sure use some cross-training with the QC department.

It's a long way between East Bloomfield, NY and China.
That being said, BAM does a decent job most of the time.

I much prefer talking to a computer. Being told what number to push for what language I am speaking. Being put on hold for 20 minutes, till I get a customer service representative that barely speaks my language to tell me they "don't know" and to "please hold the line", while they transfer me and disconnect. Gives me a REASON to hate and rant. ;)
Crosman on the other hand is always courteous, helpful, and you get to talk to a real person. Unimaginable to current commercial thinking. I mean they don't give you a chance to sputter, and turn red, and yell. Ha ha. ;D
Really though they are possibly the best factory retail group I have ever dealt with, I have never had ANY problems with them what so ever.

yep top notch service

that reminds me...I need to order a challenger RVA and some.piston.seals....
and if you buy a custom shop product from them you can order customs.parts individually too!

Where do you find the parts numbers for the CCS stuff. I bought a 2400KT, and was wondering where you would get the parts numbers.

Just cross reference the parts from the 2240 &/or 2300S / 2300T.
I also am happy with ordering parts from Crosman. My one complaint is that they don't remind me of what part I am forgetting to order. ;)

Yes they truly are the best. They are right up there with my local hardware store. Been family run as long as anyone can remember LOL. It is a small town about 100 people, they greet you by name when you walk in and will help you with anything you need from the weather forecast to the latest news in sports. Hardware stuff too lol
I rate the folks at Crosman my local stores for the friendly attitude and willingness to help a person out.

I placed my first order from them today and was really impressed. Not just with the friendly operator (one of the women, didn't catch a name), but also with the awesome direct pricing.
