Just arrived. Initial unboxing impression. Receiver lubed 1/32" thick, Bluing scratched on barrel, many small divots scratches on receiver. (Took pics in case I decide to return) Quality control seems to be lacking. It's light. Haven't fired. I'll update with action, trigger, chrony, accuracy, possibly pics. It's getting a little late to shoot today.

Rear adj sight is different than anything I've seen. Feels cheapish. We'll see how she shoots tomorrow. It's only saving grace "might" be superpower, trigger and somewhat accurate. Not to enthusiastic at this point.

Zero instructions or warranty papers. Came with a barrel bipod.

Cocking is like nails on a chalkboard, breach seal is swollen and gulped up with goo, trigger is crosman like but a little lighter. 3 shots just to test. Not impressed with the feel of this. This is the worst finished gun I have fired.
Dang, a .25 pellet is huge.

Put 30 ish rounds through it today, was cloudy and rainy on n off. Jsb 25.39 and a new CP 4-16x40. It's barely dieseling, easily getting 5/8-3/4 groups at 15 yards. I think I needed to understand it's a $150 .25 not a Walther Terrus that I've been shooting the past month. The scratches still bother me but I think I can live with it if it chronys well. I couldn't chrony due to weather, hopefully tomorrow, I'm really hoping for 650+ with the jsb's ::)

19 fps ex spread on the jsb's, like I posted earlier very little dieseling. I'm happy with it.

Thanks for the report.
Purty good numbers, shootin hard.
Sounds like you got an ugly shooter :D

My pleasure, the cp 4-16x40 is a little overkill for me. It's great just too big and I don't need all the magnification it offers at my shooting ranges. Going back to Walmart, I'll order either a hammers or I'm liking the look of the bsa 4x32.

Give the centerpoint 3-9x32 a try. I have one on my RWS48, as well as on my Hatsan 95. They're both holding up to the task.

Are you talking about the $40ish one 30yr prlx or the $60ish one with the ir & 50 yard prlx I'm actually Think the cheap one has a better parallax setting for my 15-18yard shooting. I'm going cheap one if that's what you're reffering to. I'm actually fine with the combo cp and Hatsan scopes as long as they don't take a dump.

Either one will work. I have the I R models, myself.
