And it is New. If I understand the date it is 11-98. It came in a yellow box with a photo of a RWS AG. The box still contains the warranty card and an instruction pamplet in german and english. Dark wood stock without a butt pad. No scratches and no dings. Hooded type front sight. The info says that it has a nonadjustable trigger. The bore looks real good with no crude .
Now I have a problem. Do I shoot it or not. Because once I shoot it , it will never be new in box again. I will be a used gun. Sigh.
Gonna go and give it some tender loving care for an hour or so. Be back later.

IMO, if it in that good of shape keep it that way!

It wouldnt be a problem for me for very long Bogey. I dont think I could keep it and not shoot it. But thats me. Weakness? Charactor flaw maybe? Who cares, I like shootin.

Without pics it ain't true!
Seriously, AGs are meant to be shot. IMHO it really won't be a collectors item. Just me. So you can keep it pristine and it might be worth $150/$160 to someone or shoot it snd sell it later in box for $135. What's the difference. Not sure if the RWS version is less valuable than a Diana.
You might want to post up for opinions on the DWC.

Shoot it. It was made to be shot and it's not a Winchester 1873 One of One Thousand. You can easily sell it for what you paid for it. Have some fun, fer chrissake!
